I ran into an emergency pool situation and wasn't sure what the issue was. I popped into PoolWerx to see if they could help and Nick, the service manager was super friendly and was on top of it right away. He sent someone out to get the parts and technician Joie was on sight shortly after to take care of things. She did a thorough review of the equipment, fixed the issue and left me feeling confident in the solution! I am really grateful for their awesome customer service.

The builder of my pool was absolutely horrible when I had problems with my pool controller a few years after the pool was built.A friend if mine who works at PoolWerx (Dave) has always been a big help so I called him. He referred me to their tech support folks..............the tech support folks at PoolWerx in Cedar Park KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I have run into two tech issues and both times, they were able to correctly diagnose the problem the first time and help me get things fixed.Nick runs the tech group and Joie was my recent tech (she is awesome). Nick is top notch and they really do take care of customers.Poolwerx is always my go to.

Poolwerx is my hero! Nick and Joie stepped in to solve a problem for a client with everything they had! They were extremely knowledgeable and handled a tough situation for us, quickly.
