Nick, the service manager, is a nightmare. Technicians came out to set up automation for pool pump and heater so we could control everything through wifi. Nothing worked when they tried to leave. Told us the needed a dedicated 2.4g signal because their system doesn't work with a mesh. The control and now my heater are totally dead. The way they routed the wiring was like my kid would do it. Then, we charged us the balance of the quotation. Nick treated my wife like crap, waited a month to come install the new motherboard, and the only way we could run the pool pump was to throw the breaker. They finally showed up replacement for the motherboard in the automation system but refused to deal with the blown motherboard in the heater. Its now my problem to deal with, and they take zero responsibility. These guys are a nightmare, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

They fire people and lie about the reason, daintily tiptoeing around some fake circumstance. Pretty feminine for a man

Technician is fine, problems in the office. Salesman promises on the phone but reality leaves the details undelivered. They wrongly charge for parts/materials not used then string you along for weeks/months saying the refund is processing. Still waiting...

We are first time pool owners, coming to the store for the first time. Earlier in the day we had gone to another pool store down the street. They were less than helpful. We took another water sample into Poolwerx. James was fantastic. He explained everything to us, explained the products, and what we needed to do. Super grateful for his help today. He just won our business for life.
